Welcoming and I was grateful to find the staff to be willing and competent English speakers and very accommodating, the hotel was very clean and the location was so close to the airport that I walked there easily in the morning with my pack. Breakfast was great too. Great deal! Excellent breakfast too.the location. Great location, near the train station, but close to everything you need to visit (you don't need to take the bus). excelent breakfast and clean room. free internet. would definitely stay here again.

The problem is,that the room was not separated with bathroom with normal door, but withaccordion one, so the smell was comming through...The bathroom is really veeeery small. You barely can move inside. But I recomend this hotel anyway. too small rooms, we take "french bed" - and to my mind it is for some child, not for two adult persons.One had to prepare one's own breakfast, even cook the eggs. The cleaner did not change our sheets, even after an obvious spill of coffee. Cleaner left the toilet brush in the toilet bowl. The smal bathroom. Bed very small. It is a locanda= a pension = a soggiorno, but not a Hotel!. Be aware that what they call a "double room with a French bed" is in fact a very (!) small single room with a single bed (not French bed, nor queen size or anything). The bathroom is tiny (you have to sit on the bidet to reach the washbasin) and there are stains of mold all over the place. Some (not all) staff are exceptionally rude. We did not like anything. The complete information in terms of the photographs on your web page and quality of rooms are completely false. The room were we were staying was absolutely hopeless there is no room to move around in the bathroom contrary to the photograph shown. This is a complete cheating on the part of either the hotel or the web page.
