The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

Beautiful contemporary design, fabulous service, incredible location, artsy and intimate....what a find. Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. Free coffee/tea/treats throughout the day...dishware/glassware available to use in room. Fantastic café around the corner with very generous breakfast included. I would highly recommend this B & B to all.

The location is perfect! You are near to the center (Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery are in 10 min by foot), but far from crazy tourists crowds.
The stuff is just great! Marco and Vicky (hope I wrote correctly their names!) helped us a lot when we asked to find us the tickets to the Fiorentina's game against Milan just one day before the match!

At first sight, it's hard to imagine the hotel in apartment building but after entering, we're impressed by the warm welcome and very helpful staffs, thank you Ludovica and Mario.
Avalability of private parking does help us a lot.

The staff is WONDERFUL, kind and helpful. The location is perfect, It was quiet at night, but still very close to all the action. There was a living room area just off my room where you could meet up with other travelers -with a small fridge. The hotel is lovely. The room is warm and spacious. The bathroom is big and also has a heater. The desk staffs Teresa and the other guy are very helpful. The hotel is very secured, about 4 locks before you can enter. The lift is reliable. It is also 20 meters away from the bus stop Guido Monaco where you can easily take buses to Sta. Maria Novella and other destinations. There is also a Turkish restaurant and various cafes 20 meters away from the hotel and a Tabacchi store by the bus stop.

Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. -

The owners were really nice and very helpful.
The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself.
The room was beautiful - a luxurious big bed, loads of space and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and a kettle with tea and coffee available.
