The food and wine that was in the room when we arrived was a really nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the location was great. Breakfast provided by the cafe across the road was very nice. - Victor

First of Florence is the perfect place to stay if you want a spotless, beautifully decorated, "wow" factor, furnished small apartment. Our apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is five minutes walk to the Duomo, and the Academy museum is almost around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel. Check out thier website for more information and pictures. - Carmen

Cleanliness, decor, appliances (LCD TV with Divx Player, Wifi - although low speed internet), friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were fully equipped and there was a very good selection of free food / drinks in the fridge. Conveniently located a few hundred meters from Duomo (far enough to avoid noise, near enough to walk downtown in a 5mins). - Anonymous

The staff was very nice and helpful. As we went for honeymoon so we got upgrade! The room was a lot better than what we expected, it was clean , spacious and comfy like home. The location is very good, i'll definitely go back there again if i go to Florence. Worth of money!! - Anonymous
