Hanley City Centre a great shopping area. - The peace and quiet despite a number of children staying. I think the staff should be complimented in the allocation of rooms.

A bit of a boys feel at the sports bar. Beauty facilities good and also hairdressers. I was given a very good free and concise workout on the slendertone machines, great bonus.   We visited Alton Towers & The Monkey Forest ,so this was an ideal stop over . From the moment we walked in the service was excellent ,the service was first class, the staff were both helpful & friendly ,always smiling ,so rare these days. The food both in the Evening & Breakfast in the morning was delicious.The room was fresh,clean and... what people say » very comfy.& no rush to depart in the morning after breakfast .We were so impressed I have told everyone about our experience ,and recommend them - We have stayed at many Premier Inns in different parts of the uk. This was the best. We ate in the hotel the first day then tried somewhere else. We were back at the Premier Inn the next day as the food was better. More variety,well cooked, well served and value for money. We are pensioners on a limited income but were visiting family as it was our golden wedding. This was our little treat and we hope we will return again one day.
