Hanley City Centre a great shopping area. - The peace and quiet despite a number of children staying. I think the staff should be complimented in the allocation of rooms.

  We visited Alton Towers & The Monkey Forest ,so this was an ideal stop over . From the moment we walked in the service was excellent ,the service was first class, the staff were both helpful & friendly ,always smiling ,so rare these days. This was the best. We ate in the hotel the first day then tried somewhere else. We were back at the Premier Inn the next day as the food was better. More variety,well cooked, well served and value for money. We are pensioners on a limited income but were visiting family as it was our golden wedding. This was our little treat and we hope we will return again one day.

Great vegetarian homemade sausages. Breakfast room delightful, with handmade craft items adding a "homey " feel.Good for a stopover
