The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area
... what people say » as an additional option and we did not wait at al - The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. ... what people say » -in time regardless! - The hotel was very modern, with very cclean and well set-out rooms. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.
