  We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail. The reception staff were most helpful in giving us exactly what we asked for in a room with a bed and sofa bed and a walk in shower we were comfortable room service was good and food was ser... what people say » ved hot. - Ease of access to the NEC--- 2 minutes walk through terminal 1 to the mono rail which runs every 2 minutes. As it was an airport hotel I thought the room rate was - Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf. After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and also great value.   Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning. Hotel highly - As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very good with good sized portions.
