Note: It is a little far to walk to the NEC but there are plenty of taxi's and the parking at the NEC, although £8 is very well organised. - The pleasant atmosphere and the very obliging, helpful and welcomingstaff on entering the hotel. Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!! A quiet drink in the Hotel bar, afterthe show rounded our evening off perfectly

again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi
