  The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Lovely room - only there one night. Very convenient to where our relations were living (that was a fluke on our part). - Very clean, comfortable, friendly and good value for money.

  I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, The staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough to help. the room was beautiful and clean, the location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding in the area - just wish we had more time to spend at the hotel. - Comfortable staying overnight on buisiness

  I really enjoyed my one night break here. When I arrived, all reception staff were occupied but my presence was acknowledged and I was checked in efficiently. My room was on the top floor, small but a nice size for a single and everything was clean. The room was hot, given the recent weather and it was a relief to see the fan already there - I def... what people say » initely needed it. The pool area is not too glamorous but the pool is a very nice size for swimming and a good temperature. As were the steam and saun - I stayed here for business. The room was clean and tidy, nice little biscuits with tea/coffee etc. Yes the hotel is slightly tired, but in a quaint way, felt very homely and personal, much like the staff, very helpful and polite. The broadband is quite limiting, many words are banned. even sensible ones that I needed for work, but not a real issue. Breakfast was excellent & service quick and friendly, a good choice of hot & cold. Yes there is housing around the hotel, but if you want so
