  When we got to Heythrop Park we asked to upgrade our room, this was done seamlessly. The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. Location is excellent as are facilities. - The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were massive and clean - felt very homely in the main house. The food was brilliant and the staff were friendly!

  The White Horse View is tucked away on the edge of the village in a quet secluded spot, we were promptly met by Colin the owner who showed us to our room which overlooked open field and you could just see the White Horse in the distance. The room was spotless and had all the things required for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was in the conservatory at... what people say » tached to the house with a plentyfull choice, the cooked breakfast was delicious and we left well set up for the coming trip around Oxford! We ate in - A family run B&B that has been decorated and finished to the highest standard, with a common room which has a pool table, dart board and jukebox. The village of Shrivenham is 10 min walk away and it has a few restaurants and pubs so convenient for meals/drinks in the evening. The hosts Colin and Lizzie are extremely warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and Colin was able to give us plenty of useful local travelling tips.
