If you are looking for a guest house - this is brilliant example of very friendly and comfortable guesthouse.
I stayed there to perform skydive training few minutes driving from there, so it was really easy to stay. There are no big roads nearby, so it is very quiet outside. As well few minutes walk down the road great authentic british pub "Red Lion" with great food and nice service as well.

A family run B&B that has been decorated and finished to the highest standard, with a common room which has a pool table, dart board and jukebox.
The village of Shrivenham is 10 min walk away and it has a few restaurants and pubs so convenient for meals/drinks in the evening.
The hosts Colin and Lizzie are extremely warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and Colin was able to give us plenty of useful local travelling tips.

We loved staying in Merton Grounds. The room was very spacious and very very clean. What impressed us the most, is that everything was so well though of - from the selection of teas and coffees in the room, to fresh milk, cookies and great toiletries. The bed was so comfortable, with amazing duvet and pillows.

Interior layout and design was really very well done, couldn't stop looking at the timber framing. Really very comfortable and the underfloor heating was a real winner after being out with frozen feet.
The breakfast was cooked to a pre-arranged time and it was beautiful, quality ingredients.
The bus stop in to Oxford was a 5 min walk with a regular service until quite late, ideal.

Lovely B&B near Woodstock, Oxfordshire. I chose this one because location was good being near to my work, but also because from the pictures and reviews it was modern, stylish, clean, warm and welcoming. Also price was good and breakfast included. Free wi-fi and parking. So everything you would want and need. Also have a stack of DVDs to watch if you're in your room. The shower was the best thing - never had such a great shower - water came down in torrents, just great.

Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic! EVERYTHING was great at this B&B. Selina is wonderful - very nice, flexible, accommodating, and cooks a very tasty breakfast! The room was very nice - bed and linens very comfortable; room was quiet at night. We stayed 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer.
