They were very friendly and helpful. They breakfast was excellent. It was great not being in the city but being out where it's not quite as crowded. all good, bed was comfortable, there was a large en-suite with an excellent shower. Large tv, good tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was cooked fresh.
Overall I had a fantastic nights sleep with excellent facilites. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Would reccommend.

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. Manager's response to our initial reaction.We had travelled over 300 miles and just wanted a nice place to recover so we were pretty grumpy. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the decor was also very good.
Despite the village of Heswall having no water all day due to a burst pipe locally, the staff and manager did everything they could to make the stay as seamless as possible
It's a little gem of a find for me and I would highly recommend The 'Jug'

We loved the warmth and charm of the welcome(great cake!) and the rooms for the three of us were stylish and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Chalet popular was immaculate. All activities were close to chalet. Loads for kids to do. Prices in Nisa were excellent. -

Very friendly and attentive staff.
Room was small but clean and tidy, the bathroom was also very small but it still met all my needs for the two nights I was there.
Despite being a weekend it was quiet around the rooms and I wasn't disturbed. I was able to access wifi in my room which wasn't expected and may not be the case for all but was a bonus

Staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough for us.Provided us with full english even though we came down half an hour after published breakfast time !! Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean throughout and very comfy bed. Iron and board in room - nice touch, Not many hotels do that and we always need them !!

Good central location near to Prenton park football ground and also Prenton.
Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We experienced no heating on the 1st night. After reporting the problem to management we received a replacement heater within ten minutes As a apology for no heating we received a free dinner from the restaurant downstairs.
Food in the restaurant was extremely nice.

Excellent professional but friendly staff, Dogs are welcome, Excellent food and sensibly priced menu and wine list. Fresh Coffee in the rooms not instant, fresh fruit and amazing towels. Welcome when i arrived was friendly and very warm.
The size of the room i booked.
The huge car park meant my car was safe.
The helpfullness of the staff,even getting an extra heater for our room(it would have been fine for us but my 12 week old son was complaining).
The pub and food downstairs was reasonably priced and tastey,and full of locals.
The bed was super comfy.
The security;we had a room key,corridor key and frobt door key. I felt safe here.

The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool. They started with 2 for 1 cocktails at Gusto a minutes walk away followed by a meal and then walked into the city to the bars

We wanted something different & the Titanic Boat was just that, we only stayed 1 night as it was fully booked, would have been nice to stay longer it was luxury for the whole family our children age 9& 16 both loved it too, we had quality family time on the boat then enjoyed the sights of Liverpool the next day. Definatly recommended.
