  Very convenient central location, good parking, friendly and helpfulstaff, very clean and smart, service excellent, very good value formoney, very good breakfast service - Very clean and comfortable. Especially good for our stay as it was very close to the Echo Arena. A very short walk. We will definately be staying here again.

  Great historic location, Port Sunlight itself, and within half an hour of both Chester and Liverpool. The inn is a lovely old building with many original features, the welcome couldn't have been better, even though we arrived during the early evening when the restaurant was busy. Large room, comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi (yes you do to have register... what people say » ed with The Cloud but I was already as many other outlets use them, and even if you need to register that is a quick and easy process). We only ate br - Spacious and interesting accomodation (a former temperance hostel !) great location right in the centre of Port Sunlight Village, which was the purpose of our trip (an architectural settlement by philanthropic soap manufacturer). Very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Food good value for money, good wine offers, (could text for voucher code for £5 discount) typical pub grub - no frills! Folk club on a Wednesday, free but you will need to buy a raffle ticket. Mix of amateurs and some firs
