  The staff were excellent: friendly, welcoming, accommodating, informative. Breakfast was good quality. The room deal we got was also excellent value for money.   We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. The Hope Street Hotle is quiet but just 10 mins from the city centre I would recommend this wholeheartedly - The staff were excellent. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming andhelpful.   The Boat was fantastic, I booked it as a surprise for my daughter's 18th birthday and she stayed with a group of her friends. They were all absolutely thrilled and the location was perfect for their night out in Liverpool. They started with 2 for 1 cocktails at Gusto a minutes walk away followed by a meal and then walked into the city to the bars ... what people say » - We wanted something different & the Titanic Boat was just that, we only stayed 1 night as it was fully booked, would have been nice to stay longer it was luxury for the whole family our children age 9& 16 both loved it too, we had quality family time on the boat then enjoyed the sights of Liverpool the next day. Definatly recommended.

  What can I say I treated my family to a Saturday night stay on the Yellow on the 12th of April as part of their Christmas present I did not know what to expect and we are all mixed ages ect.I did not know how it would go down!!!! It could not have been better everyone loved the boat the glitz and the big bed (Who was sleeping there?) We had a fant... what people say » astic time the bad review would be that there were only a few flute glasses and the gin and tonics were served out of mugs but we managed. Next year - I loved the way they had given attention to detail on the smallest of things to make it feel like a home away from home rather than a hotel. Having sky TV and a DVD player and large flat screen TV brilliant. Plenty of room to move around and doesn't even feel like you're on a boat. For a unique experience as a place with a difference to stay I highly recommend it. 10 out of 10 for comfort, ingenuity and being respectful to the legacy of The Beatles.

  the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t... what people say » ruly is a 5star hotel that really amazes you. my family is totally happy during the stay. really comfortable to stay in and you'll not complaint much. - Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

  The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. Although the hotel was a bit pricey compared to what i would usually pay, it was definately worth it and would stay here a - The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips). Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

  The staff were polite and friendly and showed us all around the boat before leaving us to our own devices, The joker boat is amazing bright and clean with all mod cons, great for children and teens as this is better than a boring hotel room ! It is situated in the Albert dock which is absolutely stunning, within walking distance from bars and shop... what people say » s. It is quiet at night so sleeping was easy especially as the beds are so comfortable and there is nothing better than having your morning brew looki - i went with a group of friends to celebrate a 50th birthday, upon arrival the owner was waiting on the boat for our arrival, the joker boat is very stylish and clean and in a great location near to the bars and restraunts we are all going to book again next year as have another 50th to celebrate. a big thank you to the owner of the joker who sent a bottle of champagne for the birthday girl which was very much appreciated, we would not hesitate in recommending the joker to anybody.

  Hotel was very comfortable and bedroom luxurious and romantic, just as I had hoped as special weekend. I commented on the the picture in the bedroom to one of receptionists when checking out and asked where could I obtain one from, she very kindly then telephoned for web address of artist. This type of service one remembers and I would definately... what people say » stay at the Hotel in the future. All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!
