Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

Dave the host was there to welcome us when we arrived. He was very helpfull, and made us very welcome. The hotel was spotless and are room was very comfortable. On arrival we was asked what time we would like breakfast, we opted for latest time of 9.00am. The breakfast was excellent, and again Dave & Rachael coudn't do enough for us. So overall, great hosts, clean and very comfy room, in a perfect location.

The staff are the most friendliest I have ever encounted. They took extra time to ensure I had every requirement met. What stars! - The staff were fantastic and we upgraded to a four poster room which was stunning we didn't want to leave!
