  The location is fantastic and right in the centre of Liverpool One giving easy access to the centre of Liverpool and also Albert Dock. The room is a good standard, although small compared with the Marriott. The beds are very comfortable though. The breakfast is about as good as it gets!   Very convenient central location, good parking, friendly and helpfulstaff, very clean and smart, service excellent, very good value formoney, very good breakfast service - Very clean and comfortable.   Hotel was very comfortable and bedroom luxurious and romantic, just as I had hoped as special weekend. I commented on the the picture in the bedroom to one of receptionists when checking out and asked where could I obtain one from, she very kindly then telephoned for web address of artist. All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!

  We've stayed at Chalon Court a number of times (under its old name) as we have family in St Helens. The hotel is in a great location near the town centre and is the first hotel we check availability for when we go to the area. Its strength is its staff, who we've always found more than helpful, welcoming and polite. The rooms have definitely improved with its latest facelift and - Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

  For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. My husband ate in the dining room and said the food was good for the price. The hotel is in a great location just opposite the Albert Dock with bars, shops and resturants clo... what people say » se by. Parking is on site and only £3 per day. They do not advertise free wifi but we were able to log on at no charge. - As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

  The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. Although the hotel was a bit pricey compared to what i would usually pay, it was definately worth it and would stay here a - The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips). Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.
