The 1st time we stayed at this hotel we booked business class which i can highly recommend the room was gorgeous with fantastic views of the docks a giant king size bed and a heated bathroom floor. The 2nd time we had a standard room which had no view and was dull and dated. The buffet breakfast was great but better still was room service breakfast as you got loads of variety. The hotel is within walking distance of all attractions. Would defo stay again as long as its business class. - Henry

The hotel is modern and nicely laid out. Free wi fi internet access is good and the staff were friendly. My room was a good size and the bathroom was spotless and looked new. I think that the overall cleanliness of the room lacked attention to detail. Like one of the other reviewers, I noticed marks left from cups on my marbled topped bedside table that should have been cleaned. Also when I checked into my room at about 3.30pm, dirty linen from the previous resident was left on the floor - John

This is not the usual sort of place I’d stay at and only stayed there through going to a conference as part of work. However, having spent a night there I thought it was a pretty decent hotel. I can’t comment on whether this was value for money or not as we got a special deal as part of the conference we went to. However, I will say that it was architecturally very modern and stylish, the staff friendly and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Location wise, everything seemed to be wit - Alison
