    What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic.     The staff were all brilliant, they were very helpful, friendly and inviting, the apartments were gorgeous very clean and loads of space with amazing views of the high street and odeon without their been any noise, I have been once before to the apartments, but my 9 friends had not, but they will all be re visiting again, we didn't get all of the s... what people say » taffs names but we would like to thank david the 2 girls who checked us out of apartments and the man who checked us in, they helped give my friend (t - The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view. The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100% service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely come back. No complaints at all from us.

    Excellent value for money and great facilities. A little bit out of the city centre, but who needs to go there with the swimming pool, gym etc. etc. - Courteous and helpful staff. Quality of food. Excellent car parking.

    Polite staff, room was immaculate and catered for all my needs. The use of the swimming pool / fitness room is a major bonus, if required. - The exceptional friendly staff and service. Jacqueline in the Italian Bar Restaurant deserves a special recommendation.

    The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. I have had calls from lots of people saying how good the party was and how well organised it all was.     The staff was absolutely kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, new, tidy and very comfortable. Rooms included free Digital TV. Toilets were clean and with shower.     I thought the hotel was extremely good value. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom superb. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice and plentiful. We did not have a chance to use the bar or restaurant but I would have liked to as the menu was appealing and was the look of the facilities. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

    I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere.     We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.
