  we were very pleased with the hotel and dont really have a bad word to say about it. The staff were all very nice and helpful. - Rooms clean and spacious, Hotel immaculate,staff friendly,attentive and helpfull. Breakfast choice and service excellent.

  Owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome,the room was very clean and had everything we needed including freeview tv and tea and coffee,nothing was too much trouble,Breakfast was a full english with as much as you wanted as well as cereal and toast and various jams,we will definetly book the Westdene again - Liked pretty much everyth... what people say » ing about Westdene, Sara and Ashley were really welcoming, the room was really comfortable and the breskfast was lovely, would not hesitate in stopping at the Westdene again

  The Olivia was spotlessly clean we were made to feel really welcome the owners were a lovely couple and nothing was too much to ask breakfast was varied and really good quality food and a good amount we stayed in the family room for four and it was a really pleasant room that didn't make you feel like you were away from home .we loved the spacious... what people say » bathroom and all in all there was nothing that we could fault .we would and have recommended this hotel to our friends and family and can't wait to g - My husband & I have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Olivia and cannot give it enough praise! The room was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a compact but very adequate bathroom. The owners were excellent hosts and made you feel very welcome. It had a very relaxed atmosphere which was great. Should you be looking for a place to stay in Chapel St Leonards I can highly recommend the Olivia. We have already booked a return visit along with friends.

  A central location, close to the beach and South Pier. Easily found with a public car park adjacent. The carpets and furnishings were excepionally clean and modern. The en-suite room could have been taken out of the small, family hotel and placed in a much larger hotel and you would not know. I did not have to ask for room service as it was offere... what people say » d imediately I arrived. Breakfast was excellent. - Hotel offers fantastic value for money.The four poster room we stayed in was of an excellent standard for price and the owners were particuarly helpful when my partner fell ill on the morning of our departure although full that evening they allowed us to keep our room till 12pm despite their new guests being due at 1pm.For standard,food,service etc highly recommend it.

  Staff on reception and bar particularly helpful after a late arrival, immediately offered to arrange for some food and were very helpful in general. - nice reiaxing hotel.good food.nice golf course.good for infants.

  Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Loved the parrots and the lovely scenery overlooking the lakes and wildlife. Reception area light and bright. Dining rooms great - did not see a mark anywhere. One of the cleanest and most friendly hotels I have stayed at.
