A central location, close to the beach and South Pier. Easily found with a public car park adjacent. The carpets and furnishings were excepionally clean and modern. The en-suite room could have been taken out of the small, family hotel and placed in a much larger hotel and you would not know. I did not have to ask for room service as it was offered imediately I arrived. Breakfast was excellent.
all reviews » Hotel offers fantastic value for money.The four poster room we stayed in was of an excellent standard for price and the owners were particuarly helpful when my partner fell ill on the morning of our departure although full that evening they allowed us to keep our room till 12pm despite their new guests being due at 1pm.For standard,food,service etc highly recommend it.The warm reception, the staff were loverly, very helpful, the rooms were fresh, clean and had very nice personal touches.We would loved to have stopped longer but had to cancel the second nite due to husbands work comittments but they were very nice about it, and we will be booking to go there again.First class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Lovely hotel, run by a lovely young couple who will bend over backwards to help in any way they can. They are also currently working at making the rooms even better, and the hotel now has free wi-fi for laptops. We are likely to be back in Skegness next year and will definitely be staying at the Eastleigh again. The hotel was very close to all the major amenities, quality of service was excellent, really friendly owners, couldn't fault anything at all and would highly recommend to anyone. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The accomodation was very good and the food was also very good and plentiful. Curtious staff,could not do enough for us.Im disabled so was more thanthankful for the owners help.Room was very very clean and pleasant.it was the best hotel we have stayed in for the money staff was great it was very clean and was the best breakfast iv had anywhere. how the hotel staff welcomed kids the realy went out their way to make us and the kids welcom.we will be booking their again.The hotel was clean and comfortable. No telephone to use as don't have mobilr. Room was next to a private room and there were loud voices until 11.30 and then was woken again at 2.00am by loud voices which did not quieten until 4.00am.

The Eastleigh is a quiet and relaxing establishment, and only accepts bookings from couples, families and business guests. There must be at least 1 person aged 18 or over staying in any room at any time. Please note that the bedrooms are set over 3 floors, and there is no lift. Please note that parking at The Eastleigh is limited, and is only guaranteed to Suite bookings. Parking for Deluxe rooms is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no parking available for Superior rooms. Free street parking is available and there is a pay-and-display car park next door. Please note hotel will not offer a free stay for children of any ages; each child will be treated as one occupancy as same as an adult.
