    Fabulous location! The staff were friendly and attentive, they also responded very well to problems when we checked in, so that said problems were overcome without our stay being spoiled. Excellent food. - The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing and the whole atmosphere was relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't fault... what people say » it.

    It's a remarkable place - everything is done with so much care and great attention to detail. Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to think about what makes a holiday enjoyable. One of the best places that we've ever stayed at.     Friendly welcome, not often nowadays do you get shown to your room. Excellent food; breakfasts and dinners. Room capacious and well maintained. A useful touch are the separate reading lights - too many hotels these days are quite gloomy in the rooms. Location is very good in attractive,and on our visit, snow covered countryside.
