The hotel is well located being just off the M4. Being well glazed, you do not hear any traffic noise. The room was quite spacious and the shower was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good with an early option from 6 to 11am which was good as it got really busy from around 8.30am. It was nice to have a hair dryer and ironing board in the room as well as moisturiser as well as shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels. There was ample parking and a restaurant i - Anonymous

As a stop-over for our family of 3 adults, young child and small elderly dog, we found Hilton Newport to be: very welcoming and professional; displaying a high standard of service, both at room level and in dining areas; accommodating ones wishes wherever reasonable and providing high levels of accommodation. Although located remotely it suited our purposes admirably to enjoy some comfortable R&R. We had advantage of a very good rate and consider our stay to have provided excellent value f - Anonymous

The Hotel Staff were the friendliest, most helpful you would ever hope to meet. The rooms were excellent, spotlessly clean and of very good size. We especially liked the security of the barrier carpark which was completely free of charge. In a very convenient position for access to the main road, with other eating facilities and fuel station within walking distance. If we are ever needing accomodation close to this area again we certainly wont bother looking for any further than this super Best - Anonymous

We booked a golf break as included golf and dinner - well worth it. Spa good. Golf course very nice - staff very helpful and friendly - unfortunately weather not kind but still had - Anonymous

For the price what was on offer was excellent, amazing value. The room, whilst basic in design and decor, was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was superb. The staff were fantastic, very polite and courteous. A great example of this is that we mentioned to the girl on reception (Spanish girl - think called Elena?) on the Saturday morning after the first night of our 2 night stay, that we needed our air con checked to ensure that it was working ok as we h - Anonymous
