  We found the staff to be extremely friendly and a credit to the hotel.the ambience was brilliant with a nice aspect with a grand view across the Cotswolds carry on the good work - You were not rushed for breakfast or to vacate the room. The views were excellent and the facilities at the hotel were great.

  The service was the best I've experienced anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better. The hotel was beautiful too. Good bar - Service was second to none. Hotel was very glam and finished to a very high standard. Bar staff were very professional, friendly and entertaining. Chefs were happy to prepare something which was not on the menu. All in all, a very friendly atmosphere that was made by the staff and the surroundings!   We liked the beautiful grounds and the obvious level of care that goes into them. The room was spacious as was the bathroom - lovely toiletries and facilities in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Everything clean and pleasant. The staff in the restaurant and bar were super-efficient and pleasant and happy to accommodate the customers. Lovely breakfast and - From the minute we checked in, the service was friendly, polite, simply wonderful. We booked a better room (3 stories) which felt like a mini hideaway with the bathroom spread over one floor with the most delectable products. The bed and bedding was Devine and hard to leave! Dinner that evening also surpassed our expectations and the crab bisque was one of the best I've ever had. Truly the best break from London imaginable and we can't wait to go back!
