Cant put into word how welcoming Guy was, what a genuine lovely man. The shared bathroom wasn't an issue for us because we were all family anyway in each room. Guy even packed us all a piece of cake and some sweets for the trip home.... just lovely!!!

The hotel is located across the street from an abbey built in the 1100's.The staff was extremely helpful with advice, carried our very heavy luggage upstairs for us, gave us special attention at breakfast, provided excellent breakfast choices and made us feel super welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Tewkesbury

Fantastic location close to all the lovely things Cheltenham has to offer. We were there to visit the Literary Festival and all the events were on our doorstep. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Owners were very helpful and responsive. The parking space was an added bonus. -
