We were in paignton for a wedding, and liked the fact that we had a key to the front door and were able to come and go as we pleased, the staff where very helpful in offering more facilities ie curling tongs and hairspray etc breakfast was very pleasnt and lots of menu choice, we also liked the fact that we picked our breakfast before hand. the br

Beecroft Lodge is excellently situated if you want to explore Torbay. It is in a quiet street and is scrupulously clean and very comfortable. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with free range scrambled eggs, very good smoked salmon, fresh fruit and home-made marmalade. A real find.

Every single thing was spot on, beautifully clean, the room, decor, the staff, even breakfast. Nice and close to the sea front, town centre and the unmissable Kent caverns. The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to it's description and reviews. Marion and Les (the owners) were very welcoming (the pot of tea on arrival was very much appreciated). We stayed in one of the garden rooms which had recently been refurbished - it was lovely. The hotel generally was clean and tidy and the breakfasts were homecooked

Owners Carl and Sharon were very friendly and welcoming. Property was exceptionally clean and room was spacious. Breakfast was great, always freshly cooked, with multiple choices available. We, and especially our 4 year old grandaughter, were well looked after. Location was close to the seafront, and an easy walk to the shops and train station. A very enjoyable stay.
