Exceeded my expectations, the room was large with lots of free space as was my en-suite. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with tea, coffee, biscuits, fruit and toiletries supplied daily. Debbie and Derek are excellent hosts who are very welcoming and succeed in making your stay very enjoyable. Excellent choice of breakfast which is cooked to order. We will definitely stay there again.
Area is beautiful and peaceful with Clovelly a very short drive away. Hartland quay has stunning views particularly if it's windy!

We stayed in the four poster room with view down the hill into the bay from the window. Hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was a good wide choice of traditional British, with a clean and bright dining area. All in, we seriously enjoyed our stay.
