After reading some of the reviews, I was a little dubious but we arrived, checked in and it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and well stocked - we even had a fan which was much appreciated over the very hot weekend. My husband and I are in our 50's and it was our first weekend away with our two dogs. They too were made to feel very welcome. We found our whole experience of Cott Inn very comfortable, homely and friendly. The atmosphere of the building was fascinating, being hundreds of years old.
