  Lovely venue to stay, right in the centre of town opposite the old post office, a national trust property well worth a visit. The rooms were adequate but spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable, bed linen, towells very good quality white and clean. Breakfast was served in the bar area, quality and presentation good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. - 3 bedroom flat adjacent to pub meant plenty of room for our family, plus it was quiet since it wasn't directly above the pub. Beds were large and comfortable, plenty of pillows. Breakfast was included and it was fab. We had dinner at the pub as well and it was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. We decided we wanted to stay an extra night and they worked out a spot for us!

  The hotel design and decorations are great, especially the cafe on g Floor. Information provided in hotel's leaflet is very useful for us. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. I am so in love with the breakfast choices. They are all great E.G. egg benedict, egg florentine, pancake, omelette etc. which are totally different from other hotels tha... what people say » t offer only English/continental breakfast. The taste is really good. Location is also great. It's less than 10 minutes walk to bus / train station. - The Artist Residence is a cosy and lovely hotel. Rooms are comfortable, clean, full of details and nice decorated (each room by a different artist). Breakfast is excellent and staff is really helpful and efficient. Its location - in a quiet street - is excellent for those using public transports, as the hotel is close to the railway and bus station. Very good value for money.

  I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. If you are looking for a boutique type hotel this is not for you, but I would stay here over any boutique hotel. The setting was magnificent. Beautiful grounds and woodland... what people say » s. Even the walk back to the hotel from St Ives up the big hill was not enough to put me off going again. - The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented. Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff. We will be staying again with you in the future!   A recently renovated property which has been decorated to a very high standard. The room we stayed in had a good sea view and was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although the house is very old, it has a modern feel to it and the decor and furniture reflect this. Chelsea House is only 5 - 10 minutes walk from the town which has a good mix of well known high street names as well as many loc - Donna the landlady was lovely when we checked us in. the property has been decorated to a very high boutique standard. When getting to the room we was very pleased with the light, roomy, modern bedroom with four poster bed with a spacious well appointed en suite and the most fabulous view of the sea, pendenis castle and the coastline. we had breakfast in bed on everyday of our stay and the food was delicious. furniture, bedding, towels etc are very good quality.

  EVERYTHING! this place is amazing, one of the nicest places I've ever stayed - including 5 star hotels in Vegas!!! Tracie was fab and couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had an amazing stay. The apartments were spotless and the beds so comfy. The location is unrivalled and the sound of the sea when you go to sleep and wake up is amazing. Beach house was comfy and roomy and decorated as a beach house not uptight hotel. Office recommended horse back riding that was cheap n fun - they rented movies also for free which was nice.

  Lovely countryside position over looking the small towns of Port Isaac and Tintagel as well as the Cornish coast line,, the staff were very friendly and most helpful,,a great place to stay if you want to explore the area from Bude to Newquay, also would be good as a location if you enjoy walking the hotel itself was very clean and on our recent s... what people say » tay the bathrooms had not long been refurbished,, the owners go out of their way to make you feel most welcome,, overall would recommend a stay here i - Staff were lovely and made sure we were comfortable. The place has just been done up and everything is nice and new and modern. Even though we had checked out at 11am, the staff let us come back to shower after surfing. This made a massive difference to our day and travel home. The breakfast was also nice. There was free WiFi and it had a couple of pool tables which kept us entertained whilst enjoying a pint at the end of the long day surfing.

  Location was great for visiting St Ives and lands end, also close to the Eden project. Beach just 5 minute walk, and a popular surfing beach. Views from the apartments - Wonderful location and very accessable to most attractions. Lovely Bar next door with great food
