  Lovely venue to stay, right in the centre of town opposite the old post office, a national trust property well worth a visit. The rooms were adequate but spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable, bed linen, towells very good quality white and clean. Breakfast was served in the bar area, quality and presentation good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. - 3 bedroom flat adjacent to pub meant plenty of room for our family, plus it was quiet since it wasn't directly above the pub. Beds were large and comfortable, plenty of pillows. Breakfast was included and it was fab. We had dinner at the pub as well and it was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. We decided we wanted to stay an extra night and they worked out a spot for us!

Its location - in a quiet street - is excellent for those using public transports, as the hotel is close to the railway and bus station. Very good value for money.

  I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. Even the walk back to the hotel from St Ives up the big hill was not enough to put me off going again. - The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented. Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff. We will be staying again with you in the future! Chelsea House is only 5 - 10 minutes walk from the town which has a good mix of well known high street names as well as many loc - Donna the landlady was lovely when we checked us in. the property has been decorated to a very high boutique standard. When getting to the room we was very pleased with the light, roomy, modern bedroom with four poster bed with a spacious well appointed en suite and the most fabulous view of the sea, pendenis castle and the coastline. we had breakfast in bed on everyday of our stay and the food was delicious. furniture, bedding, towels etc are very good quality.

The place has just been done up and everything is nice and new and modern. Even though we had checked out at 11am, the staff let us come back to shower after surfing. This made a massive difference to our day and travel home. The breakfast was also nice. There was free WiFi and it had a couple of pool tables which kept us entertained whilst enjoying a pint at the end of the long day surfing.
