  I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and I was surprised how quiet it was, especially when the hotel is next to an airport, motorway and railway ! - When we arrive... what people say » d we had got upgraded to a suite which was very tasteful and comfortable. The food the staff in fact everything about the hotel was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

  Very good location close to the excel centre,as i was here for the beauty show for two days,hotel room very clean, a good size for a twin room,good value for money.I would stay here again. - The room was clean, warm, comfortable and the hotel's location was convenient for public transport - altogether good value for money

  Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff. The food in the restaurant was also of a high standard.
