  Comfortable bed, plenty of refills tea and coffee when we wanted it, and access to an iron on request. The receptionist was very good about sorting out our upset at being woken by builders at 8am, on the Monday morning we were looking forward to a late morning as on holiday from work, we were given a refund for that day (we stayed 2nights) as we ... what people say » had not been told about it, we did not book our stay on premier inn site, we used letsbookhotel.com and they did not have info on their website - The hotel looks recently refurbished. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and made you feel very welcome. The same can be said of The adjoining Brewers Fayre. The food was as expected for the restaurant chain, the staff again put this above others I've eaten at. I would definitely stay here again.

  The staff were very friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome and that nothing was to much trouble. Rooms were very quiet as the Premier Inn promises. - Receptionist was 110% after booking .com cock up. Managed to get us into a family room for 4 as booked ! Staff were great and helped with grandchildren's needs

  The reception staff were very helpful and the booking/checking process was swell handled. The staff at breakfast time were also very helpful and friendly and made sure that not just I, but everybody else felt welcome and looked after.   Was like moving into someone else's (better) home for a weekend. Short walk into city centre along the Cam. Will stay here again. Secure parking included.
