  The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

  Food was amazing, staff were very friendly, choice of both food, wine and drink were amazing. Facilities were extremely good, room was spacious and comfortable, very very clean. - the spa was fantastic.. we received a room upgrade free of charge and the staff were particularly helpful

  I love the style of the hotel. The lobby was fantastic. Very welcoming. The fish tanks by tye lifts on every floor were amazing. Having an ice dispenser and a shoe shine machinewas a real bonus. The room was cosy (we had trouble waking up for breakfast...ha ha) it was wonderful and very convenient having not only a health salon and a swimming pool... what people say » at the hotel, but also a bar which had live music, but also a night club too. The dining lounge was exquisite. It was very easy to have breakfast als - When checking in, the ladies on reception were very curteous and efficient, even helping me with my luggage all the way up to my room. The room was a generous size with a comfy bed. The leisure centre was just what I needed with a gym/cardio centre and also a pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzzi. The gym was quite busy but there was enough equipment for all. Breakfast was lovely and included in the billl. The evening meal was a little expensive for what it was but as a hotel restaurant I wa

  My friend and i had single rooms, the beds were larger than singles. Hotel staff were happy and very helpful and we were opposite windsor castle which was the reason for our visit. We will stay at this hotel again - Facilities and warm welcoming and the service were fantastic/Faultless
