  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. Boat trip was worthwhile Wonderful views from rooms in main house - We tho... what people say » ught the staff, food and hotel were excellent. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  Apart from the beautiful surroundings and the hotel itself, the thing that impressed me the most at the Oakley hotel, was the attitude of the staff. I was impressed by their friendliness and their eagerness to please, and just their general attitude to do what they could, to make our stay and relaxing and pleasant one. - The ease of everything and... what people say » the staff they were wonderful - breakfast busy but unlike most hotels where they leave you in a queue they offered coffee and a seat in the lounge area and collected you when a table was ready - well done! Food was excellent at dinner.

  Food was amazing, staff were very friendly, choice of both food, wine and drink were amazing. Facilities were extremely good, room was spacious and comfortable, very very clean. - the spa was fantastic.. we received a room upgrade free of charge and the staff were particularly helpful

  As I have worked for hilton I have stayed in many around the country andI would have to say bracknell is 1 of the best. Very modern, loveleyrooms and the staff were superb - Changed to St Anne's Manor House.Excellent value for money.

  Me and my partner came for a break away, we only stayed one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We eveb had the chance to have a breif conversation with the owner who was very friendly and helped us decide where we were going out that evening. The room was lovely and they have the softest pillows, all you could need for you ... what people say » stay was provided in the room. Bot a bad word to say about the place it was a pleasure to say. - Everything was spotless! Beautiful surroundings in a really quiet area, ideal after a long day! Staff are really friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is to die for! The rooms are not too big but well decorated, bed really comfy, one of the best relaxing nights I had for a long time! Definitely will stay there again!
