As I have worked for hilton I have stayed in many around the country andI would have to say bracknell is 1 of the best. Very modern, loveleyrooms and the staff were superb. Changed to St Anne's Manor House.Excellent value for money.The bed! Double glazing would be recommended, too much noise from the streets!. A very good Hotel,and the staff were excellent.
all reviews » A quiet and comfortable room. Clean comfortable hotel in a good location. The communal areas were very comfortable. i did not stay long enough to fully appreciate the facilities. Convenient for the function we were attending. The roomwas nice,and the bed comfey. Clean modern room. well organised. The Hotel is in need of an update!. The room was pleasant.That is was close to where i was working. Nothing important,only a cracked sink in the shower room,but you expectone or two faults.I did enjoy the whole stay, however the bar staff seemed rather unprofessional on occassions. Front desk experience. Staff not at all friendly, or helpful. Poor standard of room service food that was overpriced. The rooms are in need of a re-vamp. Very dated. Very noisy fan running all through the night leading to interupted sleep.Extracter fan not working in bathroom. Television much to low and difficult to see from bed.Extremely hot room with no airconditioning made our room most uncomfortable. Fan not really 21st century. my booking was on under my guests name,and the receptionist wanted to send me to wokingham........i found the experience embbarrising. didnt know we had reservation. the mold stain in the ceiling of my room, there had been a leak..Hotel had no knowledge of my booking. Fortunately they had a spare room for the 2 nights. Check in time was delayed because the room was not ready.it was very warm that weekend however the electric fan provided was adiquate but for a Hilton we would have expected Air Conditioning in all rooms. Service pretty poor. Noise from road very intrusive. get ride of the smoking bedrooms... how you can still have them I dont know by law.... we had to wait abot 20 minutes to check in and then when we got to reception theydid not have a record of our booking even though i had the confirmation from letsbookhotel.com. It took another twenty minutes to eventullay check in. The swimming pool wasn't available either and that was one of the reasons the hotel was chosen. It was diabolical. Staff had few or no interpersonal skills and at times were downright indifferent. The hotel had 300 children that night and the restaurant was overwhelmed: the food was indescribably terrible and we had to leave and seek food elsewhere. Appalling. Very poor value for money the hotel is very tired and rubish food!.
