  A very warm welcome when I arrived. Home made Lemon cake was a delicious treat after an 8 hour journey. Room was lovely and the bed was extremely big and comfortable with top quality bed linen. From the friendly and helpful staff to the quality of the furnishings and even the detail of the furnishings, right down to the location. It was exceptionally clean and well presented. The owners are very helpful but not overbearing. The guest house itself is very modern, clean and comfortable. And the full English breakfast was very nice. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.

  The location was great - right in the middle of town with parking. The breakfast was good too. The staff were just the right side of friendly and very helpful too. I booked a single room which was a good size - although the pillows were hard! - with a comfy bed and a clean, well kept bathroom. All in all, would highly recommend. The room was very luxurious, the bed especially was amazingly comfy! There were walking route plans provided to help walkers and to give ideas to visitors as to which areas to visit. From arriving with a warm welcome to recommendations for food that evening, Alex and Jeff were very helpful and polite in everything they did.
