Every hotel has it's own personality but share a common set of standards and values... all very high. I like the wine list... Manchester had a special wine list which I would have liked to see in Newcastle. Young but not 'trendy'. The staff seem happy to be there!

This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.

Everything!! The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and the bar and lounge are very comfortable. All the staff are professional, attentive and friendly. I wanted to take my girlfriend to Newcastle for her 25th birthday and required somewhere central and stylish. We were not left dissappionted. The decor in the apartments are fantastic, made us feel at home and very comfortable. Also the metro is a 2min walk away so for £1.20 you are in the city centre withing minutes or just a short taxi ride away.

They were even understanding when I got home after our stay and discovered that I had inadvertantly packed one of their very small cushions (sent immediately back by recorded delivery). was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was
great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the
