  It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel.   I have stayed at the Manor Hotel for the past 4 years and have always thooughly enjoyed my stay there, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. the hotel itself has recently had a facelift and been redecorated etc, not that there was anythng wong with the old decoration, rooms are lovely and cosy. Food was delicious and plentiful both at breakfast and when I chose to dine there in the evenings.

  I was suprised to have a hot tub in the room that was a good treat. The beds where very comftable and the food was really good quality and very tasty! We will be staying there again. - everything is wonderful, the location, the room, the facilities and the staffs. we would definitely be going back to visit llandudno and stay at this lovely hotel.

  This time we only stayed one night,the Proprieters where so helpful and kind when we arrived.The room was very nice,clean and spacious,the bathroom spotless.The rest of the staff we met where very helpful and courteous,we look forward to staying at the Broadway again,next time for more than one night,we most certainely will not be using letsbookho... what people say » tel.com ever again due to their total incompetance. - The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc. The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels. We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

  Jo an Martin were very welcoming and friendly hosts, it was very quiet when we were there and so they moved us to a room with a view of the Orme. it was a quiet room with a lovely view. The rooms are not huge but it was fine for the two of us. Unfortunately my husband and I were both unwell during our stay (nothing to do with Granby House) but wha... what people say » t we had of the breakfast was well cooked local produce with huge portions. We would definitely return and recommend it to others. i - Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu, and as you can make your selection the evening before, get exactly what you prefer. We had a great stay and with Llandudno's attractions being only a short walk away would happily recommend Granby House to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will certainly stay again!!

The hotel provided evening menu and bar service in very clean and spacious reception rooms.
