Superb room. Breakfast excellent. The first time I have had strawberries, bacon, French toast and maple syrup on the same plate for breakfast and it was a delight. The hotel was plush the staff and owners could not have been friendlier. Our room was very comfortable, it had everything that you would require. The location of the hotel was good, not to far a walk from the town centre and not to central to attract any unwanted noise in the morning. The hotel also had an Indian restaurant and altho.
all reviews » This was a lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk away from the Great Orme tram station and within a short walking distance of both shores and amenities. The hotel was very well presented with beautiful décor throughout. The bedroom and en suite was very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was made and cooked to perfection with plenty of choice. The hotel provided evening menu and bar service in very clean and spacious reception rooms. the owners were a wonderful helpful and friendly young couple. Their place was a peaceful oasis of luxury and comfort, and to top it all off their breakfast room doubled as an Indian restaurant in the evenings open to non residents too. Booking was essential as the food was first class, an explosion of taste, plenty of it and excellent value at reasonable prices. The service by all staff was tremendous. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and mad a lovely start to the day. Really like the lounge and bar area for pre dinner drinks. Booby was able to offer advice on other restaurants in the area and suggestions for travel arrangements. We had an excellent stay. It was a lovely modern place and the staff were really friendly. It was spotless and the breakfasts were gorgeous. In a good position. Although not overlooking the sea was in a central position. Some hotels, even though overlooking the sea were a really long walk from the main attractions. Also had good parking facilities. Bobby and Sunita were friendly and welcoming along with their staff. The room and bathroom were well equiped with hairdryer, ironing board/iron together with tea/coffee/water facilities. There was a fabulous choice of breakfasts, all freshly cooked. This B&B also had a bar plus car parking spaces. Everything you would expect from a Boutique B&B. With the added surprise of what is probably one of the best Indian / 'Eastern' restaurants we have ever eaten in, simply fantastic. TRY IT EVEN IF YOU ARENT STAYING IN THE B & B. If this was 'Four in a Bed' would we stay here again - YES. Friendly hosts and staff,car park,quiet location but near enough to the town centre ,West Shore and the Great Orme,excellent choice of food at breakfast,thoughtful touches in the room,example water,tissues and toiletries,thoroughly enjoyable and would stay again. On the letsbookhotel.com website there was no mention of the fact that the restaurant was closed on Mon & Tues and since these were the two nights we stayed it was a disappointment not to be able to sample the food. It was a clean and friendly hotel and very stylish, the room was very comfortable and well equipt with everything you could possibly need. The owners and staff were friendly and very accommodating. All staff made me feel welcome and they saw me as a person. Added bonus was the excellent Indian restaurant as an integral part of the building, and the breakfast was superb........ Just about everything. It was friendly, warm, inviting. Breakfast had a large selection of items. Only a 5 min walk to town centre or West Shore. Great views looking towards Conway. There is a room downstairs that can be turned into a bedroom, if i'd known this I would have asked for it as getting up and down stairs for me was difficult as i'm disabled, next time I will phone and ask for this. No negatives. Our room was a little on the small side but for 2 nights not a problem. Cannot think of a anything!!. Nothing every thing was first class. No lift. coffee was in thermos jug. Directions not clear enough for the sat nav!. We were travelling with my elderly aunt and I didn't check if they had ground floor rooms. However, it was my fault totally. cannot find any fault. Minor issue - TV satellite signal kept breaking up!. Nothing loved the whole experience. nothing. Nothing. Leaving!. There was nothing about the hotel that we did not like. No negatives. Just a little pricey otherwise no problem. The toilet seat was very loose and just one niggle, there was no fruit juice at breakfast!. Room was on the small side. Needed air conditioning in this hot weather. We did not realise we would have to book to have an evening meal. nothing. bed in need of new one. very small bedroom not worth 5 * price; sheets too small for super king bed; no lift - we were in 'attic' rooms at top of house up about 50 stairs. they did offer to move us the next day but wasn't worth it just for one night. Radiator wasn't working in room as well as heated towel rail. Nothing to comment on. Restaurant sounds good, but closed Tuesdays so I missed out (so will have to go back there) desk / chair height not very ergonomic as I had work to do (but gave me an excuse not to do it). Nothing.
