The welcome started well before we arrived - checking that the journey was going OK.
The actual welcome on arrival has seldom been bettered.
Serving staff were so friendly, helpful, almost making you feel like family.

As B&B's go it was great, no downsides.
We arrived late and were well received, but found out afterwards that you had tried to contact us to check we were still coming. We suggest you advise people to let you know in advance if arriving after a certain hour.
