All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.
Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.

We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. The location was great - Southwark tube is 2 minutes away, St Paul's cathedral is a 15 minute walk and although the location is pretty central, we did not find the area too busy at all.
