  Staff member allowed us to leave luggage in a secure room approx 7 am on day of arrival, also reception manned 24/7 which made me as a lone female with teenage child feel very secure. - we were only there for two nights and found it to be easy access to the tube.The location was also within walking distance to Westminster and the city

  The room was warm comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. For breakfast there was a selection of cereals, fuit-salad and fruit juice. A carafe of coffee was beside these, but tea and hot chocolate were available on request. A touch I liked was the small vase of flowers on each table every - We stayed in this hotel from 18-22 November 2013. The room and bathroom were very clean, towels replaced everyday. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay.
