  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

  Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating
