We were in difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every assistance to reorganise our itinerary and gave us information on local transport and activities. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office. Toiletries supplied and replenished daily.Staf

  Smart, comfortable room a modern clean bathroom and the most amazing shower. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet with good thick darkening curtains. We had a problem with the hair dryer in the morning and he staff could not have been more apologetic or helpfull.
