  This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room. Each staff member was friendly and efficient. Seriously, the room looked like it had never been used, great bed, fresh new towels, strong shower wooden floor etc ....... ... what people say » Personally I thing that anybody who marked this hotel down has never stayed in the shoddy, tired, sticky-carpeted Hotels normally found in this price - Lovely hotel..very clean, staff were all friendly and accommodating.
