  Very easy to find, easy to check in and the staff were very pleasant. Iwas also upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room wasspacious and had most things that I required. - The concierge service was really great. I was travelling outside thecentre a lot and they got me detailed directions for each of mydestinations

  The check-in worked really well, despite there being no on-site staff. The management worked hard contacting us before check-in to make sure we understood how things would work.   The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I could find any fault with is that the bathroom was small but even then it was a lovely bathroom so we didnt mind too much.Very good locati... what people say » on aswell.
