  The staff were friendly and helpful Particularly Daniella. We were in difficulties due to cancellation of our cruise and she gave us every assistance to reorganise our itinerary and gave us information on local transport and activities. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office. Toiletries supplied and replenished daily.Staf

  Location! It is located at just 5 minute-walk from victoria station ....so very handy if you do not have enough time. Located in Belgravia, it is just the perfect place to explore Chelsea and Kensington...if you fancy walking there is no need to travel by tube.   Location was excellent and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had many nights of sound sleep. On our return trip from Paris, we encountered some delay in getting our room and were surprisingly compensated with free breakfast :) On the whole it was a good experience for the family.
