  I didn't actually stay in the hotel because we wanted to stay on Valentine's Night and we got 2 single beds instead of a double. The hotel had other people who had the same problem and I think it was due to the online booking agent rather then the hotel. There were no double rooms so we had to book another hotel.   Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more. The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to overheat in other hotels that offer it but it’s just a fan on the wall, this place has an up-to-date Aircon unit which was perfect, the shower r... what people say » oom has a huge cubical space which is perfect for me being 6ft6, smaller cubicles make it hard to move about but not here. The beds were nice a soft i - The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk). At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick. They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep. Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.
