Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. The location is fantastic on a quiet but lively street with bars and restaurants, just off Dean St and an easy wa - Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of Charing Cross Rd. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up. We spent a lot of time searching
