The room was not as small as expected. We were placed in room number 4 which was on the lower ground floor. In other words, it was in the basement. We have a small terrace from which we could see the sky. Subway stations(queensway, bayswater) and bus stations were close. -

I thought the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was exceptional and the apartments were excellent value for money. I opted for an apartment because they were better value for money than a hotel. I will be visiting again sometime in the future and have advised people i know of 73 apartments. The attitude of the staff, nothing was to much trouble even giving us a room to change in after we had checked out. The family room was of good size and very clean - very friendly staff, clean room, basically everything was real perfect except for the breakfast organisation. The location is excellent! Right near Kensington Park and one block from two tube stations along with good shopping street nearby for inexpensive and better food choices. The facilities were spacious and comfortable- a full kitchen and comfortable bed, great view. Wonderful accommodations -

Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable!
