  We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean.   The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful.
